How Long Does It Take To Clean?
Under a minute. There is no mesh filter, so there is nothing to scrub. It comes apart and goes under a running tap.
How Is It Different From My Blender?
A blender shreds fruit into pulp, which you then squeeze through a cloth. About a third of the juice stays in that cloth. This presses instead, so the pulp comes out dry.
What Can I Put Through It?
Oranges, pineapple, watermelon, apples, carrots, cucumber, ginger, beetroot, leafy greens. The chute takes whole produce, so there is very little cutting.
Will It Clog With Carrot Or Ginger?
Cut hard produce shorter, feed it slowly, and alternate hard pieces with soft ones. That is the whole technique.
Is It Loud?
It runs at 50 RPM. A blender runs at around 3,000. You can use it early in the morning without waking the house.
